Lacey Bacchus serves as a Senior Director of Community Partnerships for Retail Strategies, guiding municipal and community leaders on their retail recruitment and economic development initiatives.   Lacey is actively involved in economic development organizations including the Board of Directors of Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC), the Women’s Committee for the South Carolina Economic Developers Association (SCEDA) and the Conference Committee for the North Carolina Economic Developers Association (NCEDA).  She serves on the Board for Birmingham CREW, the industry’s premier business organization dedicated to supporting the achievements of women in commercial real estate.  Lacey holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an undergraduate degree in business marketing from Jacksonville State University.
